wortundtat expands help – clear increase of the budget

The overall expenditure of wortundtat in 2009 rose to € 6.55 million and has thereby  exceeded the expenditure for 2008 by € 1.22 million (+23 percent). What is particularly pleasing about this development is the fact that all additional expenses have flown into the projects in India, Tanzania, the Republic of Moldavia, Greece and into the new project in Germany. At the same time, the costs for public relations, advertising and administration significantly fell by € 49,000 (-12 percent). Projects, which are worked on by wortundtat and its partner AMG in India, followed by KIUMA in Tanzania still have by far the largest budget
As in the previous years, the costs for public relations, advertising and administration have been covered by a special donation. wortundtat is still carrying the donation seal of approval by the German Central Institute for Social Issues. This so-called “Donation MOT” certifies the statutory and responsible handling of donations by the association.
