March 2010

• In its 3rd March edition, the weekly women's magazine TINA introduces its readers in a four-page long article to the work of the aid organisation. To the report (PDF/german).

February 2010

• The work in Ciadir Lunga, Republic of Moldavia, is making great progress: already two weeks after its opening, the emergency accommodation, for which wortundtat had collected donations last autumn, provides ten men with shelter.

• The lung specialist Prof. em. Dr. Nikolaus Konietzko has been working with wortundtat on a voluntary basis for many years in the fight against tuberculosis (TB) in the South-Indian State of Andhra Pradesh. He visits the region regularly, advises the wortundtat TB Clinic in Chilakaluripet and helps them to improve their treatment methods by simple means. Roughly ten years after the start of the current TB Combating Programme and over 15 years after the foundation of the wortundtat clinic he provides a deep inside into this work (PDF-Download).
